Thank you for your interest in the 31st Annual Volkswagens on the Green Car Show!

 

Our Food Vendor Goals

Have the right number of food vendors so everyone gets fed

Offer a variety of food options

Keep lines and wait times as short as possible

Ensure vendors have a fair opportunity to make a profit

Avoid overcrowding the event with too many food stands

Vendor Fees and Selection

Vendor Fee: There is no fee to participate as a food vendor
Profits: VWEC can not guarantee what profit you will earn
Application Review Process: Completed food vendors applications will be reviewed. All food vendors will be contacted by email, text or phone to let them know if they have been acceppted as a food vendor.

Site Conditions at Clement Park (Soccer Fields)

Electricity: Not available
Potable water: Not Available
Wi-fi: Not Available
Cell service: 5G cellular service should be accessible
ATMs: Located north of the park if customers need cash

Licensing Requirements 

All food vendors are required to have a currently valid  Food Liceense either a Jefferson County Temporary Food Vendor License or a Colorado Retail Food License.

Vendor Setup & Customer Area

Food Vendors will set up on the asphalt just north of the soccer fields

Vendors not operating out of a truck or trailer may set up on the grass near the food area

A picnic area will be available for customers very close to the food vendors.

Porta-potties, hand washing stations and trashcans will be located nearby.
