Keep lines and wait times as short as possible
Ensure vendors have a fair opportunity to make a profit
Avoid overcrowding the event with too many food stands

ATMs: Located north of the park if customers need cash
All food vendors are required to have a currently valid Food Liceense either a Jefferson County Temporary Food Vendor License or a Colorado Retail Food License.
Food Vendors will set up on the asphalt just north of the soccer fields
Vendors not operating out of a truck or trailer may set up on the grass near the food area. Some food or beverage vendors (those vending from VW buses) may be parked in the vending area)
A picnic area will be available for customers very close to the food vendors.
Porta-potties, hand washing stations and trashcans will be located nearby.
