Space Options & Fees

  • 10 ft x 20 ft space: $25 online; $30 Day of Show
  • 10 ft x 10 ft space: $15 online: $20 Day of Show

Location & Entry Instructions

  • The swap meet area is located on the northeast corner of the car show area.
  • Sellers should enter Clement Park via W Belleview Ave take a right turn just before S Peirce St.
  • Upon arrival, you will be guided over a ramp onto the grass of one of the soccer fields.

Setup & Parking

  • You may drop off tables, chairs, and merchandise directly in the swap meet area. If you used a VW vehicle to bring your things, ask the Swap Meet Manager Pat Meyer where you can park your vehicle
  • If you brought your swap meet material in a non VW vehicle  park it in the nearby parking area south of the swap meet.

Payment

  • Do not try to pay at the entrance to the park! Wait until you are in the swap meet area.
  • Make your cash payments to Pat Meyer Swap Meet Manager.
  • People who prepaid for a swap meet space show your postcard as proof of purchase

What Can Be Sold?

Materials appropriate for swap meet sales include:

  • Pre-owned VW, Porsche, or Audi parts and accessories
  • Automotive tools and equipment
  • Literature (such as vehicle manuals, auto magazines, etc.)

Note: New merchandise sold at retail prices belong in the vendor’s area, not in the swap meet.


Tips for a Smooth Experience:

  • Bring your postcard receipt for entry.
  • Follow staff directions for getting over the ramps, unloading and parking.
  • Arrive early to allow time for setup.
  • Dress for a spring day in Colorado,  bring a hat, sunscreen and water.
  • Don’t forget money to make change during a sale
