Welcome to the Swap Meet at the VWs On The Green Car Show!
Below you’ll find all the details you need to reserve your space and participate in the event.

Space Options & Fees

• 10 ft x 20 ft space: $25
• 10 ft x 10 ft space: $15

Location & Entry Instructions

• The swap meet area is located on the northeast corner of the car show grounds.
• Sellers should enter Clement Park via W Belleview Ave.
• Upon arrival, you will be guided over a ramp onto the grass of one of the soccer fields.

Setup & Parking

• You may drop off tables, chairs, and merchandise directly in the swap meet area.
• After unloading, please park your vehicle in the nearby parking area south of the swap meet.

Payment & Entry

• Individuals who prepay for a swap meet space will receive a postcard as both a receipt and entry ticket.

What Can Be Sold?

Materials appropriate for swap meet sales include:

• Used VW, Porsche, or Audi parts
• Automotive tools
• Literature (such as vehicle manuals, auto magazines, etc.)

Note:
New merchandise should be sold in the vendor’s area, not in the swap meet.

Tips for a Smooth Experience:

• Arrive early to allow time for setup.
• Bring your postcard receipt for entry.
• Follow staff directions for unloading and parking.
