Terms of Sponsorship Including Refund Policy

Once you pay the presenting sponsor fee, you agree to all of the following:

You understand that Volkswagen Enthusiasts of Colorado, LLC (VWEC) will advertise your business leading up to the 2026 Volkswagens on the Green Car Show (the Show) and on the day of the Show.  By advertise, we mean we will distribute posters with your logo at the top as presenting the car Show, VWEC will also give you 3 free Trophy Sponsorships Trophies will say Sponsored by {your Business name}, Additionsally VWEC will place your logo at the top of the Sponsors page for the Show on the govwec.org website and will Link your logo to your website or a social media page of your choice.  VWEC will provide other benefits as described on the 2026 Presenting Sponsor Information page of VWEC’s website.

You understand that VWEC will also email you a map of the Show. The map will show your space on the central mall. The space set aside for your business will be marked in chalk paint on the grass.  Your Business name will be on a standard in the middle of your space.

Refund Policy:  You understand that if you change your mind about being the Preseenting Sponsor of the Show, you have up to 3 business days after paying the sponsorship fee to ask for a full refund (minus procesing fees) or to ask for a downgrade in your level of sponsorship and request an appropriate partial refund..  After that, we will, in good faith, spend sponsorship money to promote your business and set the stage for the Show. You understand that there will be no refund, whether partial or in full, after the referenced three business days.  This would be true even if events prevented the Show from taking place at all in 2026. However, rest assured that, as always, any one of your customers who paid regisration for the Show will get a prompt refund upon request as they always have.
