Why We’re Asking for Your Mailing Address

We mail each registered participant a VWEC admission postcard. This postcard serves as your entry pass for Volkswagens on the Green and will have your Vendor Booth Assignment on it. Please provide the mailing address where you want your postcard delivered.

The items below are optional and may be added to your vendor registration if they apply to you.

Parking Space Next to Vending Spot –
This option is for vendors who want to park a show‑car‑eligible vehicle - VW, Audi, or Porsche directly next to their booth. Your vehicle may be placed on any side of your booth except the front, depending on layout.

Vendor Vehicle Trophy Competition – $20
If you want your parked VW, Audi, or Porsche judged in the trophy competition, select the Trophy Competition option below. A separate link to register your vehicle will be emailed to you after submission.
