By submitting this form you agree to being a Food Vendor at Return of the Rendezvous Volkswagen Car Show. You also affirm that you have either a current Jefferson Temporary Food Vendor License or a Colorado Retail Food License for Mobile Units and will operate your business in compliance with Jefferson County Public Health guidelines for food vendors.

Return of the Rendezvous Car Show agrees to provide a map of the Car Show. The map will show where Food Vendors are to park.
