Volkswagens on the Green Car Show

at Clement Park

After you complete your registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to select the trophy or trophies your business name will appear on. Each selected trophy will include the wording: “Sponsored by [Your Business Name].”

GOLD – $600
• 40′ x 20′ display space (4 car spaces)

SILVER – $400
• 30′ x 20′ display space (3 car spaces)
• Business logo on posters, website, and social media
• One sponsored trophy included

Trophy Sponsorship Only – $100

• Business name on one trophy
• Recognition during trophy presentations
• No display space

Sponsor Timeline

• 6:00 AM — Early crew arrives
• 6:30 AM — Sponsors may begin setup (use East Entrance)
• 7:00 AM — Show vehicles may begin lining up (loop around Columbine Library)
• 7:00 AM — Swap Meet setup begins
• 7:30 AM — Show cars admitted via West Entrance; Registration opens
• 7:30–9:30 AM — Sponsors with show vehicles pick up windshield cards & ballot packs
• 8:00 AM — Show opens to the public; sponsor displays should be up and staffed
• 9:30 AM — Registration closes
• 9:30 AM — Peer-to-peer judging begins
• 11:30 AM — Ballots due at Registration canopy
• 1:00 PM — Trophy presentations & door prizes
• 2:00 PM — Show closes
• 2:30 PM — Vehicles, canopies, and trash must be off the grass

General Information and Rules

  • Weather: The show will be held rain or shine. If Foothills Recreation says the soccer fields are too wet or stressed from drought, the car show will move to the parking lot Southwest of Pierce and Bowles.

  • Show Cars: Register your business’ show vehicles by May 1, 2026

  • Pick up windshield cards and ballot packets at the Registration canopy (open 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM) for each of your show vehicles. With a Windshield Card and ballot packet for each show vehicle your vehicle can compete for a trophy and you (or a team member) can vote for your favorite vehicles! Ballots are due at the Registration canopy by 11:30 AM.

  • Canopies: Winds can pick up in the afternoon. If your canopy seems unstable, please be proactive, take it down – blowing canopies have damaged cars in past shows!  Use stakes, weights, or sandbags to weigh all four legs of your canopy down. You are liable for any damage your canopy causes.

  • Protecting the Venue VWEC pays a rental fee and deposit for the soccer fields in Clement Park. We would like to get the deposit back and we want to be allowed to use the park next year. Please encourage team members and customers with cars in the show to be respectful of the grass. No prolonged idling! No Burnouts! No reckless driving!

  • Respecting Volunteers and Attendees. When Car Show Volunteers give instructions about where to enter the show, guide vehicles over the ramp, or indicate where to park, please follow their instructions or guidance. Be patient and kind.

    Vehicles with loud mufflers or sound systems should park far away from the registration and Car Show Headquarters canopies, so show vehicle owners and VWEC volunteers working at registering show vehicles and answering attendees’ questions can hear each other.
