Promotional Recognition
Volkswagen Enthusiasts of Colorado, LLC (VWEC) will promote sponsor businesses leading up to and during the 2026 Volkswagens on the Green Car Show. Promotion may include:
• Distribution of event posters featuring sponsor logos
• Placement of sponsor logo and link on the VWEC website
• Recognition on sponsored trophy or trophies
VWEC will email sponsors a detailed show map prior to the event. Sponsor spaces will be marked on the grass, and a sign displaying the business name will be placed in the designated space.
Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors agree to provide a logo image file and to register any show vehicles they wish to enter for trophy competition, in a timely manner.

Payment Terms
Full sponsorship payment is due by April 15. A late fee of $50 applies to payments received after April 15.
Refund Policy
Sponsors may request a full refund (minus processing fees) within three (3) business days of submitting payment.
After that period, sponsorship funds may be committed to event promotion and preparation and are non‑refundable, even if the event cannot take place in 2026.
This policy does not affect refunds for individual vehicle registrations paid by show participants.
