Promotion & Recognition
VWEC will promote sponsor businesses leading up to and during the 2026 Volkswagens on the Green Car Show. Promotion may include posters, the Sponsors page on govwec.org, and social media posts. Before the event, VWEC will email you a detailed show map. Your sponsor space will be marked on the field, and a sign with your business name will be placed in your assigned area.

Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors agree to provide a logo file and to preregister any show vehicles they plan to display in their sponsor space. Sponsor‑entered vehicles use a special preregistration form and do not pay a vehicle entry fee. Preregistering ensures these vehicles receive windshield cards and are eligible to compete for trophies.

Payment Terms
This form is for sponsors who prefer a flexible payment option. You may choose:
• Half Now / Half by May 15
• Weekly Installments
• Pay by Check or Full Invoice

All payment plans must be completed by May 15, and all balances must be paid before the car show on May 17.

Refund Policy
Sponsors may request a full refund (minus processing fees) within three business days of their initial payment. After this period, all sponsorship payments become final and non‑refundable, as funds are used immediately for event promotion, printing, advertising, and show preparation.

This refund policy applies only to sponsorships. Vehicle registrations follow the standard show‑car refund rules.

Deferred Payment Option
Please choose the payment plan that works best for your business. “Half Now / Half by May 15” allows you to pay 50% today using credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, with the remaining balance due by May 15, 2026. “Weekly Installments” lets you make smaller weekly payments by invoice, with all payments completed by May 15. “Pay by Check or Full Invoice” allows you to receive an invoice for the full amount and pay online using the link in the invoice or by mailing a check. After you submit this form, we’ll email you simple instructions based on the option you select.
