What does it cost to register a Vehicle?
The cost to register a vehicle to compete for a trophy in the car show is $25 (cash only To have your car in the show but not compete for a trophy (Show-n-Shine) is $15 (cash only)
Will the show accept credit cards?
While some vendors will accept credit cards, the car show itself is cash only. There is an ATM at 3290 S Wadsworth Blvd.
How do I prove I paid online?
If you paid online you should have received a postcard in the mail. Bring the postcard to the show. If you paid to compete for a trophy, please come to the registration canopy after parking your car to get your windshield card, ballot packet, and show souvenir.
What if I didn't get a postcard?
Contact Rosie Walker at vwecadmin@govwec.org to request an emailed receipt.
What is a windshield card?
A windshield card is a piece of paper (an 8.5″ x 11″ yellow cardstock) that has details about your vehicle, especially your vehicle number and the class you’re in. This card allows you to participate in the competition.
Can I park next to my friends, club members or family?
Only if you arrive together. Saving Parking Spaces Is Not Allowed!
May I bring my dog(s)?
Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Owners must pick up after their dogs and are liable for any injuries or damage their dog may cause.
Will food and restrooms be available at the show?
Yes we will have two food trucks Krazy Snacks and Rocky Mountain Wraps. also there is a coffee place and a fast food sandwich in the Westgate Centre.
There will be portable toilets and hand washing stations.
