| 7:30 AM | Registration Opens. Emich Employee(s) should pick up windshield cards for entered Show Vehicles. |
| 8:00 AM | Show Opens to the Public |
| 10:00 AM | Show Vehicle Judging Begins. Representatives from Emich may vote one ballot packet per Show Vehicle entered. |
| 12 Noon | Ballots for All Trophy Classes Due to VWEC Headquarters |
| 1:00 PM | Trophy Presentations |
| 2:00 PM | Show Closes |
