| 10:00 AM | Show Vehicle Judging Begins. Representatives from Emich may vote one ballot packet per Show Vehicle entered. |
| 12 Noon | Ballots for All Trophy Classes Due to VWEC Headquarters |

If you have changed your business logo recently, you will need to provide an image file of your logo suitable for printing by March 15th. A quality pdf is preferred.

Please provide copy for a short ad that will be read over the PA during the car show to promote your business.
