To register your show vehicles, please visit car show registration.

The registration site will, after submission of the completed registration form, redirect you to the website's store. DO NOT PAY. Show vehicle registration for the cars you park on your space at the car show are included in your fee. Please be sure the vehicles you wish to have compete are registered by close of business Wednesday May 15th. The day of the show someone from your business will need to collect the windshield cards for your show vehicles at the registrar (between 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM) so people can vote for the cars.

Once you pay the presenting sponsor fee, you agree to all of the following:

You understand that Volkswagen Enthusiasts of Colorado, LLC (VWEC) will advertise your business leading up to the 2025 Volkswagens on the Green Car Show (the Show) and the day of the Show.  By advertise we mean we will distribute fliers and posters and link your logo on this website to your website or a social media page of your choice.  VWEC will provide other benefits as described on the 2025 Presenting Sponsor Information page of VWEC’s website.  See  https://www.govwec.org/2024-presenting-sponsor-information/

You understand that VWEC will also email you a map of the Show. The map will show your space on the central mall.  Exposure on the central mall gives you maximum exposure to foot traffic.  The space set aside for your business will be marked in chalk paint on the grass.  Initials for your business name will be chalk painted inside the space.  Volunteers working the show can be identified by their orange mesh vests. They can also help you.

Refund Policy:  You understand that if you change your mind about sponsoring the Show, you have up to 3 business days after paying the sponsorship fee to ask for your money back or to change your level of sponsorship.  After that, we will, in good faith, spend sponsorship money to promote your business and set the stage for the Show.  You understand that there will be no refund, whether partial or in full, after the referenced three business days.  This would be true even if events prevented the Show from taking place at all in 2025.  However, rest assured that, as always, any one of your customers who paid to pre-register for the Show will get a prompt refund on demand as they always have.
